Project

Within this fast growing organisation responsible for all recruitment activities of the Engineering & Operations department.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Recruitment and selection of 70 international technical permanent staff. Temporary responsible for Sales and Finance vacancies.
• Increasing recruitment activities; visiting recruitment fairs, internet advertising and search, agencies etc.
• Make recommendations to improve procedures, quality of standard documents and information e.g. better use of SAP HR, work permit procedures, reference-check of candidates, increase awareness of Dutch tax laws, etc.
• Relation management of staffing agencies and improving pre-selection of candidates. Negotiation of agency rates and terms. Project responsible for the evaluation of recruitment partner Randstad (in-house operation).
• Weekly management reporting. Define problem areas.
• Training of new staff
