Senior Contract Recruiter (Spain)
For a leading global e-commerce pioneer we are looking for a freelance corporate recruiter/Team Leader with 8 or more years of experience of recruitment and team management. They must have worked in more than one country and have experience of fast paced growth in organisations preferably in a high tech or ecommerce environment. Language skills in either Spanish, German or French would be useful but as a minimum english must be fluent.
You would work for 3-4 months to cover maternity lead in heading up a small recruitment team of 3, based in our client offices in Barcelona. You must have experience of direct search as well as handling and negotiating with agencies and also e-recruitment.

- Work location: Barcelona, Spain.
- A payroll solution will be provided by recruit2, own company is not needed. Freelancers are welcome.
- Duration: 3-4 month contract.
