On January 26, 2008, the Recruitment Consultants and Staffing Professionals Group was created by us to provide a platform for Recruiters with quality contacts, jobs and discussions on LinkedIn. It was not the first Recruitment/Recruiter group but soon after industry and thought leaders joined this group it grew to the second-largest Recruiter group. It’s still one of the largest communities on LinkedIn (#59) of 1,300,000 groups and growing with more than 1.000 members each week.
Today, 1st of June 2012, we connect 100,000 Recruiters with each other and accelerate careers/business through referrals. A new milestone to be proud of! More importantly, we have succeeded in our goal to create an important discussion platform in our field, 100% spam free, that is highly appreciated by our peers. With the LinkedIn group discussion forum you can share interesting HRM related articles, ask or answer specific questions, and post jobs (for Recruiters). Moreover you can view rich professional profiles from fellow Recruitment Consultants Group members and contact them directly.
