Project: Recruitment assignment
Temporary recruiting assignment in European Headquarters of InFocus Corporation. Responsible for the full recruiting cycle for Sales, Marketing and Finance departments within EMEA region.
Results
- Responsible for the full recruiting cycle including profiling, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, reference checks and offer making in a fast paced high-tech environment.
- Partners with Sr. management to understand the business and the objectives for each position
- Assists in creating profiles outlining what makes a salesperson successful in EMEA sales
- Interacts and networks with the sales force and HR to identify potential candidates in the various regions i.e. France, Germany, Italy, Spain, UK, Sweden and Switzerland
- Actively sources candidates utilizing resources which include internet search, networking, advertising, agencies, trade shows, etc.
- Participates in debriefs to determine viability of candidates, conducing reference checks
