Project assignment to analyse the current recruitment activities and processes within Europe.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Analyse metrics, providing insights and make recommendations towards a European recruiting organisation. Reduced cost-per hire with 46%.
- Improve labour market communication with new initiatives including email marketing, search engine marketing, banner advertising, online career event, boosting employee referrals and an enhanced career site.
- Assist in the recruiting of (international) staff by developing the best job marketing and sourcing strategies.
- Responsible for pilot implementation next generation recruitment and selection tool for ING Group (Taleo-Vurv).
