Freelance Corporate Recruiter (Berlin, 3+ months, fulltime)

For a multinational e-commerce company we are looking for 1-2 Freelance Recruiters, that will support our client full time for 2-4 months in the daily operational recruiting tasks for their buying department. You will be end-to-end responsible for approximately 10-20 high level vacancies.

What do we expect from you?

Demonstrate proven experience in all core operational areas of Corporate Recruitment including:

  • At least 5 years as (freelance) corporate recruiter.
  • Find innovative and creative sourcing recruitment strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline of Buyers, Controllers and Merchandisers.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Exceptional skills in behavioral interviewing, candidate screening & presentation, negotiating and closing offers.
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, business partners, candidates and agencies.

  • Duration: 3+ months, permanent positions are also available.
