Project: Freelance recruitment assignment

Temporary recruitment assignment to ensure a continuous flow of highly qualified and motivated resources by implementing an effective recruitment strategy to support the business plans and objectives.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Managing and coaching of recruitment team (2 reports).
  • Advise HR and business management on recruiting tactics and processes.
  • Implemented new policy for the use of recruitment agencies.
  • Revised labour market communication and online advertising strategy.
  • Responsible for the full recruiting cycle of senior level and high priority positions.
  • Actively sourcing candidates, permanent and temporary, utilizing all available resources including networking, jobmarketing, direct search and agencies.
