On 26 January 2008 we created a dedicated group for Corporate Staffing Professionals, (Agency) Recruiters, HR Managers / Directors and Employer Branding Experts on LinkedIn to expand our network of people, ideas and share leads. Within a very short time it became one of the largest groups for Recruiters. In fact, it has been in the top 50 largest groups for many years (out of 913,000 LinkedIn groups at this moment).
Networking
You can easily reach other Recruitment Consultant members and accelerate careers/business through referrals. With the LinkedIn group discussion forum you can also ask or answer specific questions. Moreover you can view rich professional profiles from fellow Recruitment Consultants Group members and contact them directly.
Quality
We take the group’s value proposition very seriously and provide its members with quality contacts, jobs and discussions. We only allow professionals who are involved or are responsible for recruiting and moderate all discussions and comments continuously. The same is applicable for job postings as you’ll only find Recruiter related vacancies in here so if you are looking for a new (international) challenge or recruitment project have a look at the jobs posted by our members here.
